1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-XII, Aurangabad vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in B.P. No.330 of 2022 (28 of 2022).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34323 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 No.552 of 2021. He further submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the learned Trial Court so that security may be provided to the witnesses.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.552 of 2021.

6. If the petitioner seeks any protection for giving her evidence in the Court, on her application, the Court concerned shall take appropriate steps.
