JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 09-10-2023 Heard Mr. Prem Nath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation and Mr. Abbas Haider, learned SC-6 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the substantial amount of retiral benefits under different heads have already been paid to the petitioner, however, so far as difference of salary and fixation of pay are concerned, they are not based on after giving benefit of 6th and 7th Pay Revision. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the

3. The Municipal Commissioner, Patna is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner with respect to the financial upgradation as prayed for in the present writ petition and also ensure payment of other retiral dues, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
