Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Malayapur P.S.Case No. 102 of 2020.

As per allegation, the son of the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and started abusing one Chanda Singh. He inflicted Bhujali blow on Chanda Singh. The allegation against the petitioner is that he intended to inflict rod blows on his head, but it hit his nose.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44112 of 2021(4) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 that there is case and counter case. The members of the prosecution side had badly assaulted the members of the defense side. She has submitted further that, though the injury was grievous, but it was not inflicted on vital part of the body. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Malayapur P.S.Case No. 102 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
