2. This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

(A) To issue a Mandamus or direction to respondents to protect life and

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1156 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 property of the petitioner as the father of the petitioner was in Indian Army and Government of Bihar settled. Mauza Bhadia, 2 Acres, 6 Katha and 5 Dhurs land appertaining to Thana no. 139, Khata No. 258 (Old), Khesra No. 2384 (old) Part, (Total Area of Khesra No. 2384 (old) is 23 Acres, 20 Decimals.

(B) To issue a Mandamus or direction to respondents for fair investigation of Mehdinagar P.S. Case No.55/2025 DistrictSamastipur.

3. The petitioner has apprehension from his opponent that they will falsely implicate the petitioner in a case under SC/ST Act.

4. This writ petition appears to be premature as petitioner can approach this Court only, if any, false case is registered.

5. So far as protection aspect is concerned, the petitioner is permitted to approach the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur for protection and if any such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur, in accordance with law and in accordance with the facts of the case.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
