The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the shop of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30969 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019/G.O. Case No. 275 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
