JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol, five live cartridges, one fighter and one dagger were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
