One live cartridge and some screw drivers were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others assembled to make preparation of commuting dacoity, for which he is in jail custody since 23.10.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in Kotwali ( Barari) P.S.Case No. 683 of 2015.
