JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that petitioner was remanded in this case after one year of institution of the present case. Moreover, neither anything was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor he was put on Test Identification Parade and except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6374 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Indrani Kisku, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2013.
