The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjarpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Petitioner is remanded in this case from Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014 in which the petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt and except confession, the Investigating Officer did not collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14379 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2015 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjarpur, Madhunai in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014.
