The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Buxar(M) P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019.

The petitioner allegedly fired causing injury at the abdomen of the son of the informant. The son of the informant supported the aforesaid allegation during investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019.

The petitioner is accused in nine criminal cases including three cases of murder and one case of dacoity and some other cases of attempt to murder.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32128 of 2020(3) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and material against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
