2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gangabridge P.S.Case No. 40 of 2024 dated 25.02.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 353, 307, 379, 414, 467,468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of prosecution, in short, is that on secret informant, the informant raided the Gangabridge and caught three tractors coming from the bank of river. The driver of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36111 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/3 tractors fled away and the mob around 200 people gathered and started abusing and assaulting the police party with bricks and iron rod causing injuries to the them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR has been lodged against 29 named accused persons and 200 unknown persons. From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that no sand or any other incriminating materials have been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners are owner of the tractors and members of mob. It is further submits that petitioners have clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Gangabridge P.S.Case No. 40 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M Vaishali at Hajipur or appropriate Court Below, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2)
