The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused.

Statements have been made in para 6 and 7 of the petition that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and the investigation has already concluded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14548 of 2015 (02) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on TIP, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014.
