JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2003 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur. Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected on merit vide Cr. Misc. No. 23547 of 2013. I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is again rejected.

However, Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of one year. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Shail/- (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) U T
