The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Doma Musahar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 08-11-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26994 of 2012.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kargahar (Sirhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 642 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram.
