The instant writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs commanding the respondents to ensure payment of salary of the petitioner in revised scale i.e. 4000-6000 in place of current pay scale i.e. 3050-4500 to the petitioner in terms of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016 (Avinash Kumar Chakerworty & others versus the State of Bihar & others) allowed and disposed of on 23.06.2017 and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8090 of 2023(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 same has been followed in C.W.J.C. No. 3353 of 2018., C.W.J.C. No. 8821 of 2018 by this Hon'ble Court, disposed of on 27.02.2018 and 23.07.2018 respectively.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the aforesaid decisions of this Court and as such, in the light of aforesaid orders, he requests for disposal of present writ petition.

4. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent no. 4/Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar / concerned respondent to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of aforesaid orders, contained in Annexure 2 'series' to the writ petition, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
