JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.11.2013 in case registered for the offences punishable under sections 328, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he offered some biscuit to the informant and thereafter he became unconscious and later on she found her ornament missing. The petitioner was identified in the T.I.P on the basis of picture available in the railway police station. Earlier bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that petitioner were involved in three other cases but he was directed to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. Now the petitioner has completed one year in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52098 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Chapra (Chapra Kachahari) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013.
