The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rampur P. S. Case No. 236 of 2018 dated 02.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with another is alleged to have snatched Rs. 15000 from the possession of the informant which he had withdrawn from the ATM.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the reason for falsely implicating the petitioner is that there was an earlier scuffle with respect to collection /

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79781 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 distribution of Chanda. The story narrated in the F.I.R. does not inspire confidence.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has submitted that in view of the allegation of robbery, the petitioner ought not to be granted anticipatory bail. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and also taking into account that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P. S. Case No. 236 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
