The petitioner has been in custody since 23.06.2020 in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 151/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have stolen the motorcycle of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 30.07.2019 and FIR has been lodged on 04.08.2019 after a lapse of five day for which no plausible explanation has been given. Chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the bail application of this petitioner is allowed. let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai, in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 151/2019.
