JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.10.2015 in a case registered under section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was produced before the police station along with stolen money by the informant and others but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner has been implicated in this case due to petty quarrel and, moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3405 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 well as detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna, in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S.
