The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 389 of 2014 arising out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

There is whole thrust of allegation against Gaurav Jha and there is nothing against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Sitamarhi, in connection with S.Tr. No. 389 of 2014 arising out of Parihar P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014. m.p.
