JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that this petitioner identified a fake person for getting the passport issued in the name of one Md. Kasim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the request of his relative Fakhruddin the petitioner identified the person without visualizing the consequences of the identification.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10506 of 2015 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014.

Let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
