JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have assaulted Azad Nat, who sustained simple injury. So far as deceased of the present case is concerned, he was assaulted by other co-accused including one coaccused Chandan Nat, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.Case No. 282 of 2014.
