Taking into the consideration that neither petitioners were caught on spot nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession and furthermore, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.309 of 2015.
