The parties are in agreement that the issue regarding the writ petition against the Respondent-Cooperative Society being not maintainable stands concluded as per decision of the Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri CD & CM Union Limited -Versus- The State of Bihar & Others, since reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 695.
