2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2014 in connection with Benipatti P.S.Case No. 122/2014 (G.R. No. 1775 of 2014) for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as his wife died due to diarrhoea and vomiting. It is further stated that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence in support of the prosecution case.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48930 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 and circumstances as also that the petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
