This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the Respondent Authorities to make payment /compensation to the petitioner who is owner of the land bearing Thana no.66, Khata no.-52, Khesra no.144, Measuring Area of 12 Decimal, Situated at Gram Hasanpur, P.S. Janipur, Phulwari DistrictPatna. The said land of the petitioner has been acquired by the respondent authorities for the purpose of Railway work. Till date respondent authorities have not paid up any compensation to

ii) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to provide such details of the report of acquisition of the land of the petitioner."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent No. 6, the Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
