The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhri P.S. Case No.93 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

100 litres of country made liquor made of Mahua was destroyed inside the house of the petitioner and 75 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 21.08.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
