2. The petitioner is permitted to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office within four weeks from today failing which this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

3. The writ application of the petitioner seems to be mis-conceived. When the other legal heirs of the deceased have filed an application for succession, the petitioner cannot withdraw the amount lying in the Central Bank only because he is the nominee of the deceased.

4. The money lying in the bank account of the Central Bank shall be allowed to be withdrawn only after grant of succession certificate.
