The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 16(i) 9/18 of Unlawful Activities Act.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner along with others co-accused who shot fire upon the father of the informant by which he succumbed to injury.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
