The petitioner is not named and it appears that the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 4.1.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Kapil Paswan @ Kapil @ Kapildeo Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge IXth, Gaya, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 189 of 2014, arising out of Sherghati P.S. No. 66/2008.
