The present writ application has been filed for commanding and directing the respondents concerned to make payment of due amount of differential salary of the petitioner's husband, who was Reader/Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, Ramesh Jha Mahila College, Saharsa under the B.N Mandal University, Madhepura and retired on 30th June, 2019 but till date the due amount of differential salary of the petitioner's husband has not been paid without any valid reason.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance.

Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner or her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that if the order is not complied within the stipulated period, the respondent no.5 shall be held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
