The petitioner seeks bail in Kateya P.S. Case No. 258/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant stated that her daughter was married to Ashish Sarkar @ Sonu. The informant got information that her daughter was killed on 6.11.2014 and her dead body was disposed of.
It is submitted that the deceased died due to chest pain. The informant was informed and she participated in the cremation of her daughter. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and he has no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2014.

No.44356 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner being brother-in-law of the deceased has already remained in jail for 10 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 258/2014.
