The informant happens to be the Incharge of school and according to the FIR itself, the account of the aforesaid school was being handled by the Headmaster and Secretary of the said school. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the Secretary of the aforesaid school.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., -3rd, Banka in Katoria P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
