JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From paragraph 3 of the application, I find that the petitioner is accused in five more cases of serious nature. In such circumstance, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on regular bail.

The regular bail application on behalf of the petitioner is rejected.

It is, however, observed that trial in Samastipur (Muffasil)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51265 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 P.S. Case No. 242 of 2014 be expedited and concluded within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
