The petitioner being the brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 01.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after six years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and the husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9209 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 199 of 2014.
