ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.14109 of 2015. Considering the fact that the petitioner is also having one criminal antecedent as stated in the present criminal miscellaneous application and the grounds taken in this modification application and also noting the fact that one other co-accused person Sikandar Singh, who is having eight other cases, had been extended the privilege of regular bail, let the order dated 27.8.2015 granting regular bail to the petitioner be modified to the extent as prayed for in the modification petition. In view of the fact that the petitioner has undergone a further custody of four months from the date

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3839 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 the order dated 27.8.2015 was since passed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, V, Lakhisarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No.846/2013 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.568/2009, without having such consideration.

The order dated 27.8.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.

No.14109 of 2015 is modified accordingly.
