JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 2.9.2022, passed in CWJC No. 5095 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Punpun, has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, on 7.10.2022, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2018-19, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna, for execution of the aforesaid order dated 7.10.2022, passed in Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2018-19, by the Circle Officer, Punpun. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
