Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his son with sticks.

It is submitted that there is counter version in which the petitioner side has also got injuries. The informant has also got one grievous injury but it is not known as to who is the author of the injury. The petitioner is in jail since 5.10.2014.

Considering that there is omnibus allegation of assault and only one injury was found to be grievous and also that the petitioner has remain in jail since 5.10.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S.Case No. 106 of 2014.
