2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 668 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the date of occurrence informant's daughter went to Kadam More Bazar at 11:00 am for purchasing domestic goods but did not return. Thereafter, the informant searched her daughter and during the course of search, she came to know that her villager Dinesh Kumar Singh, Parwati Devi and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36170 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/3 Dasrath Singh have abducted/kidnapped her with conspiracy of marrying her daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioners are the parents of the main accused, namely, Dinesh Kumar Singh. It is further submitted that the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim does not support the allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have been made accused only due to local politics, who are villagers of the informant. There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. Lastly, it has been submitted that they have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 668 of 2023, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36170 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 3/3 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
