JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 10.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that alleged occurrence took place on 5.11.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 16.11.2014 i.e. near about after 11 days of the alleged occurrence. Furthermore, it is contended that house of the informant was caught in fire accidentally and taking advantage of the aforesaid incident, informant lodged this case against the petitioner and others due to land dispute which is admitted in the first information report itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be
