The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code with regard to theft of motorcycle Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case on information of Spy. The petitioner is in jail custody since 10.09.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 232 of 2014.
