The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014 registered under Sections 304/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that oxygen cylinder was not provided to the nephew of the informant for which he died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only Peon of the hospital. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.09.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Pirbahore P. S. Case No. 294 of 2014.
