JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of these petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused, Abhiranjan Kumar Pandey who happens to be informant of the present case but subsequently, he was made accused in the present case. It is alleged that used motorcycle as well as firearms were recovered from the house of petitioner no. 2. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and co-accused, Abhiranjan Kumar Pandey has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7308 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 211 of 2014.
