2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for appointment on compassionate ground.

3. The mother of the petitioner died on 16.03.2017. After the death of the mother of the petitioner, the petitioner approached the respondents for consideration of his case for appointment on compassionate ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed B.Sc. Examination (Physics Hons) in 2013 and completed B.Ed. Course in 2014.

5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground in terms of their own policy decision.

6. Necessary decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground must be taken by the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
