The petitioner seeks bail in Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 326 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused. Other accused persons namely Md. Jawed, Rakesh Kumar Mandal and others have been granted bail by different orders of this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
