JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,395, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the mobile seized from the petitioner is not the stolen one as the same does not tally with the stolen mobile. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for about seven months and he has clean antecedent Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Vikram Kumar Mandal, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48570 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 126/2014 with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner must be his father. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
