The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 59020 of 2017, Cr. Misc. No. 15412 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 25353 of 2019 on 14.12.2017, 08.05.2018 and 24.04.2019 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43256 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 337 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
