JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant, Kamlesh Prasad, by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and throwing the dead body, which was recovered later on.

No.32116 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and she being lady has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that Rajesh Prasad, husband of the deceased, has already in jail custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Masaurhi, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
