JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being employee of Axis Bank misappropriated huge amount of the bank using latest technology but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the misappropriated amount has already been credited in the account of the concerned customers which is evident in the first information report itself and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 25.02.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16682 of 2015 (3) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No.164 of 2014.
