The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 385m 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown miscreants snatched the bag containing Rs.1,82,000/- of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody from

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 13.02.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge VIcum-A.C.J.M. IV, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. case No.05 of 2018.
